Welcome
This is a case involving allegations that the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) violated the Rehabilitation Act by asking disabled veteran applicants seeking the disabled veterans' preference to bring medical documentation to an interview, in excess of that required to verify their entitlement to that preference, before conditional offers of employment were made. We are pleased to report that the parties have reached a settlement to resolve the claims in this case. The terms of that settlement and the settlement agreement are available on the website http://USPSveteranscase.com. Thank you.
